Admission Information

Admission Requirements

The state requires that each applicant be 16 years of age or older. The school asks each applicant to provide the following forms of identification and certification:
1. Current Driver’s License or State Issued ID
2. Social Security Card
3. High School Diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED)

Admission Process

Each candidate must complete the following admission process:

$$$$ Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.

1.Go to http://Studentaid.gov  Fill out your 25-26 Fafsa application and enter our school code:042247
2. Pay $50.00 non-refundable application fee
3. Complete an entrance interview with administration
4. Provide: Valid State ID,  Social Security,  High School Diploma or Transcript/G.E.D

 

Tuition and Fees:
  • Tuition: $22,500
  • Books/Kits/Supplies: $1,000
  • Application Fee: $50,00
  • Total: $23,550

 Tuition

The tuition amount can be financed through JB’s Hair Design and Barber College for the length of the course with no interest rate applied. There are also other financing options.

JB’s Hair Design and Barber College accepts many forms of veterans’ assistance including, but not limited to:
  • Montgomery GI Bill®
  • Post – 9/11 GI Bill®
  • Chapter 31 Benefits
  • Chapter 35 Benefits
  • Military Spouse Tuition Assistance
